The Town of Long Harbour Mount Arlington Heights provides garbage collection for its residents once a week, and and annual clean-up in the spring.

Permanent garbage boxes must be maintained in a state of good repair, kept clean, free of snow and located on the home owner’s property a distance of no more than 4.75 m (15 ft.) off the road right of way as measured from the edge of the pavement of the public road.
